Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscription purchases for the Mira digital stamp card platform, operated by VS Studios AB (org. no. 559540-3865), Moa Martinson's Square 6, 112 15 Stockholm, Sweden.


1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be confident in your Mira subscription. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment within 30 days of the charge date.

This applies to both monthly and annual Merchant subscription plans.

2. How Refunds Are Processed

All Mira subscriptions are sold through our payment provider and merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). Paddle handles billing, tax, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf.

To request a refund, you can:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your purchase using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Use the support link included in your Paddle purchase receipt or invoice email.
  3. Visit Paddle's help centre at help.paddle.com.
  4. Email us at support@miraloyalty.com and we will help you submit the request to Paddle.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and are typically 5–10 business days.

3. Extra Usage Charges

If you exceed your plan's included stamp allocation in a billing period, the additional usage is charged automatically (see Section 5.7 of the Merchant Terms of Service). Refund requests for Extra Usage Charges may also be submitted to Paddle via the channels listed in Section 2 above, and will be handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.

If you believe an Extra Usage Charge was calculated in error, please contact us at support@miraloyalty.com within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and, where appropriate, request a refund on your behalf.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Merchant account settings or by contacting support@miraloyalty.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself trigger a refund of fees already paid for the current billing period. If you cancel within the 30-day window described in Section 1, you remain eligible for a refund under that guarantee.

5. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer or commercial law, including (where applicable) statutory withdrawal rights under EU law. This policy is also subject to Paddle's own Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, which govern your payment transaction with Paddle as merchant of record.
