End User Terms of Service — Mira Digital Stamp Card

These Terms apply to people who use Mira to collect stamps and earn rewards. If you are a business using Mira to run a stamp card campaign, please refer to the separate Merchant Terms of Service.


1. Who We Are

Mira is a digital stamp card platform run by VS Studios AB, a company registered in Sweden (org. no. 559540-3865), located at Moa Martinson's Square 6, 112 15 Stockholm, Sweden.

2. What Is Mira?

Mira lets you collect digital stamps on your phone by scanning QR codes from participating businesses ("Merchants"). When you complete a stamp card, you can claim a reward that the Merchant has chosen to offer — like a free coffee, a discount, or another treat.

Mira is free to use for End Users.


3. Accepting These Terms

By using Mira — whether by scanning a QR code or creating an account — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Mira.


4. Creating an Account

You don't need an account to scan a QR code, but to save your stamp cards and track your progress across devices, you can create a free account using:

  • Apple Sign-In
  • Google Sign-In
  • Email and password

When you sign up, you'll choose a display name. This can be any name you like — it does not have to be your real name. You'll also provide a phone number.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for your account. If you think someone has accessed your account without your permission, let us know at support@miraloyalty.com.


5. Collecting Stamps and Rewards

How it works: You earn stamps by scanning a Merchant's QR code. The Merchant decides how many stamps are needed to complete a card and what the reward is.

Important things to know:

  • Rewards are set and fulfilled by the Merchant, not by VS Studios. If a Merchant changes or removes a reward, or fails to honor one, that is between you and the Merchant. VS Studios has no control over what individual businesses offer and is not responsible for Merchant rewards.
  • Stamps and rewards have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable to another person.
  • Stamp cards and rewards may have expiry dates or conditions set by the Merchant. Check the card details carefully.

6. Promotional Messages from Merchants

You can choose to receive promotional messages (like offers and updates) from Merchants you have active stamp cards with. This is completely optional.

If you opt in:

  • We may share anonymized contact information with that Merchant so they can send you messages about their business.
  • This only applies to Merchants with whom you have an active stamp card.

You can opt out at any time by going to your communication preferences in your Mira account.

Once you opt out, your information will no longer be shared with that Merchant for marketing. Please note that messages already sent cannot be recalled. VS Studios is not responsible for the content of promotional messages sent by Merchants.


7. Using Mira Responsibly

Please use Mira fairly and honestly. You must not:

  • Try to cheat the stamp system (for example by using bots, exploits, or fake scans);
  • Use Mira for anything illegal;
  • Pretend to be someone you're not;
  • Try to access other people's accounts or any part of Mira you're not supposed to;
  • Do anything that disrupts Mira for other users.

8. Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account at any time from your Mira account settings, or by emailing support@miraloyalty.com.

When you delete your account:

  • Your account and stamp card data will be permanently deleted;
  • Any stamps or rewards you haven't used will be lost;
  • This cannot be undone.

9. Our Intellectual Property

Mira — including its name, logo, design, and software — belongs to VS Studios AB. Using Mira does not give you any ownership of or rights over any part of the platform.


10. Service Availability

We work hard to keep Mira running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available. It may occasionally be offline for maintenance or due to technical issues.

We may update or change features of Mira over time. We'll give you reasonable notice of any significant changes.


11. Our Liability to You

Mira is provided free of charge to End Users, and we aim to make it as reliable and useful as possible. That said, to the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for Rewards offered by Merchants — those are the Merchant's responsibility;
  • We are not responsible for any loss of stamps or rewards caused by Merchant decisions or events outside our control;
  • We are not responsible for losses that we couldn't reasonably have foreseen when you started using Mira.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law. If you are an EU or EEA resident, your statutory consumer rights remain fully intact. If you are a Swiss resident, your rights under Swiss consumer law are unaffected. If you are a California resident, your rights under California law are unaffected.


12. Governing Law and Your Right to Use Local Courts

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU or EEA, you can also rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country, and you can bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.

You can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform to resolve disputes without going to court: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

If you are a resident of Switzerland, mandatory provisions of Swiss law continue to apply.


13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make any important changes, we'll let you know — by email or through your Mira account — at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

If you keep using Mira after the new Terms come into effect, that means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before the changes apply.
